Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kayla C. Leday-Poole is a multidisciplinary creator whose life is a testament to the power of transformation. Her journey of self-discovery hit its stride at the University of Houston, where she balanced the technical rigors of a double major in Dance and Computer Science while cheering for the Cougars. Kayla’s greatest evolutions have been personal. She is the proud mother of her ten-year-old daughter, Kayleigh—her "reason and then some"—and is happily married to her wife, John’a. After living in Mexico for two and a half years, the family relocated at the beginning of 2025, continuing their journey with their four beloved pets: dogs Suge, Butta, and Cali, and their cat, Ava.
The Evolution of a Healer
In 2016, Kayla’s passion for connection led her to create Evolving Spiritually on YouTube. What began as an exploration of love and relationships has matured into a deep mastery of theology, Tarot, and universal spirituality.Today, she offers Intuitive Sessions on YouTube and Patreon, using energy-based guidance to help others face the things that require their attention to heal.
Her newest venture, These Sacred Patterns, represents the next chapter of her creative spirit. Through the meditative art of crochet, Kayla explores the beauty of rhythm and patience, proving that healing and art are often found in the patterns we choose to create.
The Art of Movement & Recovery
As a movement specialist, Kayla integrates her background in Graham, Horton, Contemporary, and Ballet—and her experience coaching at the world-renowned WOGA Gymnastics—into a unique form of somatic healing. She specializes in root-cause recovery, helping individuals navigate the aftermath of sexual, mental, and emotional abuse. Through Intuitive Movement Sessions, Kayla provides a "no-judgment" sanctuary for those navigating anxiety and depression. She helps students communicate traumas that verbal language often cannot reach, teaching them to establish boundaries and reclaim their value. This belief in limitless potential was reinforced in 2020, when Kayla mastered pole artistry in just six months, proving her mantra:
“Once you commit your mind to doing something, nothing can stop you—not even age.”

Whether she is dancing, tumbling, crocheting, or enjoying good music with her family, Kayla’s mission remains the same: to inspire people to believe in more for themselves.
