by scheduling an appointment you agree and accept the following:

you will be contacted by kayla by email that you provide during registration.

there will be no time limit for pre-recorded video readings.

*the reading will last as long as need for the message to come through.

phone readings:

there will be a 5 min window before you will have to reschedule, there is a rescheduling fee of $5.00.

refund and cancellation policy:

refunds are only offered if kayla needs to cancel your appointment.

cancellations that occur less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in you losing half of your payment.

evolving spiritually and kayla are not responsible for the decisions you make after your consultation.

kayla has the right to refuse service to clients at anytime.
